Using a no-nonsense approach to fitness and diet, Hannah is an L3 Personal Trainer and L2 Fitness instructor. In addition to this, she is currently studying for L4 Lower Back Pain Management. She promotes the importance of correct form for the best performance and will get you moving efficiently.
Hannah’s sporting background includes 8 years of pole dancing as well as obstacle racing and weightlifting. She’s competed in the UK Obstacle Racing Championships and Olympic Weightlifting, in which she is training for national competitions.
