Martyn has been in the fitness industry for 15 years, giving personal training sessions, mainly for City Professionals. His commitment to his clients, health, exercise, coaching, and nutrition are clear through his mindset of delivering the same standard of service that he would expect from hiring a trainer himself.

Since he was a child, Martyn has had to make great efforts to better his physical and athletic abilities. But his dedication to constant improvement upon himself has brought him to where he is today.

Martyn is a highly qualified personal trainer with Level 1 and 2 certifications in Strength Coaching, Functional Range Conditioning, and Advanced Weight Training and Kinesiology. Additionally, he also has certificates in Advanced Sports Programme Writing, Advanced Fitness Assessments, Nutritional Studies, Advanced Flexibility Studies and Trainsmart Technology.

Currently, Martyn’s training consists of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Bouldering, Yoga, Strength Training and swimming. His personal goal is to learn how to use his body more efficiently and effectively.
